DOT Alcohol and Substance Abuse Programs – CL Coatings, LLC employees who perform covered functions for operations of pipeline facilities and safety-sensitive transportation employees covered by DOT regulations are included in a DOT Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse Plan. The company has an agreement with Pipeline Testing Consortium to administer the Alcohol and Drug Testing, Employee Assistance Program and Recordkeeping functions required by the U.S. Department of Transportation for pipeline facilities subject to 49 CFR Parts 192, 193 and 195 and other safety-sensitive transportation activities subject to agency regulations.

Employee OQ Qualifications – Pipeline employees receive training from the IUPAT and the company utilizing programs provided by the company, NACE and NCCER. Pipeline certifications are provided through NACE (The Corrosion Society) and NCACP (National Craft Assessment and Certification Program) administered by NCCER in cooperation with Prov.
