CL Coatings provides industrial painting, fireproofing and specialty coating services
throughout the Midwest and South Eastern United States. Our shop and warehouse facilities
located in Mokena, Illinois and Lakeland, Florida are able to provide every project
with the manpower, equipment and support necessary for success. With over 50 managers
and supervisors each with more than 10 years experience in industrial coatings,
CL Coatings can handle the most complex industrial coatings projects.
Facility Surveys – CL Coatings can provide assistance to facility maintenance managers
for the maintenance of protective coatings. Facility surveys identify installed
coating systems, evaluate their current condition, quantify the existing coating
system and provide future scheduling and budget information. An effective coating
program will lower facility cost through preventive maintenance and focused coating

Petroleum Refining, Chemical and Pipeline Facilities – CL Coatings work crews provide
quality coating installation in operating facilities. Our employees are accustomed
to work in operating facilities and are committed to effective work planning and
stringent implementation of the best safety practices. Pipeline employees are included
in our DOT Pipeline Drug and Alcohol Programs and have all required OQ training
and qualifications.
Lead Paint Abatement – CL Coatings abatement supervisors and workers are trained
and experienced in lead coating abatement. All employee qualifications, medical
surveillance, environmental monitoring and disposal records are maintained and provided
to customers to ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
CL Coatings has the capability to provide abatement on complex structures including
challenging containment requirements.
Theme Parks – CL Coatings provides coatings services, including pool linings, to
the most prestigious parks in the country. Our work crews are sensitive the to needs
of park operators, including the ability to meet short maintenance schedules.
Quality – CL Coatings employees complete all work in accordance with our written
Quality Assurance Program. Daily records are kept of coating installation and inspection.
Specific coating installation and inspection procedures ensure the high performance
